Fattoria Montecchio’s extra-virgin olive oil is obtained by pressing the best tuscan varieties of olives.
The olives are harvested by hand before being pressed on the same day.
Thanks to advanced cold-extraction systems, we are able to obtain a product with strong aromas, low acidity and a long shelf life.
Fattoria Montecchio’s extra-virgin olive oil is ideal as a condiment with raw food (bruschetta, vegetables, meat, crudités) and on cooked meat and fish. Store in a cool place away from direct light.
